He has extensive expertise in leading teams of all sizes, project management, talent development, training, change management, strategic planning and multi-service operations. Doug is also deeply committed to fostering a safe work environment while prioritizing customer interests and service excellence. Over the past five years, Doug has developed a strong passion for Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and the technology revolution transforming the utility industry. His curiosity and drive have fueled his efforts to enhance GRU’s systems and the broader evolution of AMI technology. Doug enjoys traveling with his family and spending time on the water outside of work.
